Industrial Tire Service offers a full line of replacement rubber tracks and undercarriage parts for most mini excavator and compact track loader brands.
Our tracks use dropped forged metal inserts (as opposed to cast steel parts used by most other track manufacturers) giving our tracks a stronger metal core. The natural/synthetic rubber compounds used in our premium style tracks make them the most durable in the aftermarket track industry. The top-quality premium compounds also allow our tracks to be highly versatile and extremely tough. We do not use recycled rubber in any of our tracks!
Resistant rubber compounds. Proper blend of natural and synthetic rubbers to create the highest cut resistance.
Embedded forged metal pieces. The use of forged pieces is strictly controlled by Industrial Tire Service.
Steel cords. The use of high tensile strength steel cords ensures proper structural integrity of the rubber track. They have a patented steel cord coating system that helps prevent corrosion from moisture if a track suffers a deep cut.
Textile strips. Textile strips are used between the steel cords and the metal links to prevent friction between the two components.
Link Balancing System. This technology balances strength and flexibility throughout the rubber tracks to minimize wear and maximize efficiency during operation.
To ensure satisfaction, we extend the manufacturers' warranties to our customers (12 months prorated - depending on the style of track purchased).

Continuous Steel Cords (CSC) Continuous Steel Cords (CSC) were developed to add extra strength and durability to a rubber track. Utilizing tracks with continuous steel cords (as opposed to tracks with steel cords overlapping at a single joint) will usually provide up to 40% more strength in the track. This can extend the lifespan of a track and save considerable money over the years. Although the industry touts CSC tracks as the best and strongest on the market, there are overlapping tracks that, when designed properly, can exceed the strength of CSC tracks. The CSC method was adopted by Chinese factories years ago in an effort to compete with the supreme overlapping design used by South Korean manufacturers. We offer both types of cord technologies.
Tread Patterns There are a variety of tread patterns. Below are four of the most popular. • The staggered (block) pad design creates a highly versatile track with good balance and traction. The design also minimizes vibration by putting more rubber on the traveling surface which spreads the weight load while increasing floatation. • The c-shaped pattern provides more of an aggressive bite than the staggered pad. It has optimal floatation and traction with better results on hills and slopes. • The straight bar tread pattern is the most aggressive. The track has great results in mud and snow. It is used in applications where traction is much more important than the ground left behind.
ASV Posi-Track™ and Caterpillar Non-Metal Core Tracks The Non-Metal Core ASV Posi-Track™, and Caterpillar® Multi Terrain Loader tracks are now available in aftermarket production. This straight bar tread pattern offers supreme traction and a lightweight solution with the strength of polyester cables for improved flexibility. Get more traction without losing floatation and save significantly over your local dealer's OEM offering.
Undercarriage Parts Since replacing worn undercarriage parts can extend the life of your track, we also carry an affordable line of undercarriage parts such as drive sprockets, track rollers, carrier rollers, and idlers for many popular track loaders and mini excavators. Our special heat treatment processes ensure consistent surface hardness. _e superior quality hardening depth and strong core hardness provide excellent wear resistance, unbeatable strength, and high durability—all at a reasonable price. We highly recommend inspecting your undercarriage each time you replace your sprockets or tracks
